Women and children are the most neglected members of the human species, and should be on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
Every day, thousands of women and children around the world are abused and neglected, maimed and murdered.
In South Africa alone, three women die at the hands of a spouse, boyfriend or lover every day. And those are just the reported cases.
All it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing.
I love love love Mother Nature’s animals and creatures, plants and trees, all life. And I also value and respect human beings, esp. women and children.
The females of our species are responsible for producing life, giving birth, nurturing our young. Mother Nature is aptly labeled MOTHER for a reason.
Think about it: we appear to care more for endangered and threatened animals and ecosystems than we do women and children. We are taught to value material things over our own family, friends and neighbors. Our mass media encourage women and children to hide abuse and neglect, rather than report and share their suffering.
What are you doing about protecting our women and children from abuse and neglect, maiming and murder?
